How it works: A step by step guide to your Leadership Mirror
1. Onboarding Call
We start with a 45-minute onboarding session with Tania to walk you through the process. This is a chance to share your story, reflect and assess. This is not about logistics, its about understanding you, your leadership journey and where to go next. approach the experience with intention. This is where we lay the groundwork for insight and growth.
2. The LCP 360 Assessment
You’ll complete a full Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment. Between 5 and 15 people who work closely with you will be invited to provide structured, anonymous feedback. These are people who see you in action direct reports, peers, or stakeholders giving you a well-rounded view of your leadership in real time.
3. Compilation and Analysis
Once the responses are in, we take the data and turn it into something meaningful. Tania will analyze your results, identify themes, and highlight key insights the things that are working, the things that are missing, and the blind spots that might be holding you back.
4. Debrief and Leadership Snapshot
Next, you’ll have a 90 to 120-minute debrief session where Tania walks you through your full results. You’ll receive a custom Leadership Snapshot that summarises your strengths, growth edges, and how you’re showing up across different domains. This session is deep, direct, and grounded in care. It’s not about judgment it’s about clarity.
5. Implementation and Action Plan
You’ll also receive a 60-minute implementation planning session where we translate insight into action. Together, we’ll map out your next steps and help you move forward with clarity and confidence. This is where momentum stick- practical, grounded and entirely tailored to you.
